Who are M2 Creators?

M2 Creators is a creative studio based in the Netherlands, founded by Mats & Menno. We combine creativity, technology, and craftsmanship to bring unique ideas to life. What started as a passion for 3D printing and design has grown into a studio specializing in high-quality collectibles, custom models, modern home decor, and handcrafted creations — all designed with attention to detail, originality, and visual impact.

Where are your products made?

Every order is produced in the Netherlands. We use advanced 3D printing technology combined with hand finishing, hand painting, and custom design work to ensure the highest quality in every piece.

Are your products hand-made?

Many of our products are hand-finished, hand-painted, or fully custom made. This means each piece receives individual attention and care — making every order truly unique.

Orders & Custom Products

Can I order a custom or personalized product?

Absolutely! We love bringing custom ideas to life. Whether you're looking for a personalized gift, a custom trainer plate, a unique wall display, or a one-of-a-kind collectible, we can work with you to create it. Reach out to us at msquaredcreators@gmail.com to discuss your idea.

How long does production take for custom products?

Custom and personalized products require additional production time due to 3D print time, hand finishing, painting, and customization. Please allow 3–5 business days for production before shipment. If we need more time, we'll contact you with an updated estimate.

Can I make changes to my order after placing it?

We start processing orders quickly, so please contact us as soon as possible at msquaredcreators@gmail.com if you need to make a change. We'll do our best to accommodate your request, but we cannot guarantee changes once production has started.

Shipping

Where do you ship to?

We currently ship within the Netherlands and across Europe. If you're unsure whether we ship to your country, feel free to contact us.

Which shipping carriers do you use?

We ship with DHL and PostNL, depending on your location and order type.

How long does delivery take?

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

Netherlands: 1–3 business days after shipment (custom products: 3–5 business days production + shipping)
Europe: 3–5 business days after shipment (custom products: 5–7 business days production + shipping)

Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, customs, holidays, peak seasons, or weather conditions.

Will I receive tracking information?

Yes! Once your order has been shipped, you'll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information (where available) so you can follow your package every step of the way.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing correct and complete shipping information at checkout. M2 Creators cannot be held responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by an incorrect or incomplete address. If you notice a mistake, please contact us immediately at msquaredcreators@gmail.com — we'll do our best to correct it before shipment.

Damaged & Lost Packages

My order arrived damaged. What should I do?

We're sorry to hear that! Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at msquaredcreators@gmail.com and include:

Your order number
Photos of the packaging
Photos of the damaged product

We'll evaluate the situation and work towards an appropriate solution as quickly as possible.

My package seems lost. What now?

Once a package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility is shared with the carrier. If your package appears lost or significantly delayed, please contact us at msquaredcreators@gmail.com and we'll do everything we can to assist you in resolving the situation.

What materials do you use for your 3D printed products?

We use high-quality materials suited to each product type, ensuring durability and a premium finish. Our PSA slab holders, CGC slab holders, BGS slab holders, toploader accessories, and wall displays are all designed and printed to securely protect and display your most valuable cards and collectibles.

Are your slab holders compatible with PSA, CGC, and BGS graded cards?

Yes! Our slab holders are specifically designed to fit PSA, CGC, and BGS graded card slabs. Each holder is precision-designed to ensure a secure and snug fit for your graded cards.

Are your products suitable as gifts?
