We aim to process and ship all orders as quickly as possible while maintaining the quality and care that goes into our handcrafted and 3D printed products.

Processing Times

Many of our products are made-to-order, hand-finished or custom-produced specifically for each customer.

Because of this, processing times may vary depending on:
• Product type
• Order size
• Customization requirements
• Current production volume

We always do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.

Estimated Delivery Times

Netherlands:
• Estimated delivery time: 1–3 business days after shipment

Europe:
• Estimated delivery time: 3–5 business days after shipment

Please note that these delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on:
• DHL or PostNL shipping performance
• Customs processing
• Holidays and peak periods
• Weather conditions
• International shipping delays

We currently ship orders using trusted shipping providers such as:
• DHL
• PostNL

Tracking Information

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email including tracking information where available.

Custom & Made-to-Order Products

Some products require additional production time due to:
• Hand-finishing
• Painting
• Customization
• Print time requirements

If your order requires additional processing time, we may contact you with an updated estimate.

Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details during checkout.

M2 Creators is not responsible for delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.

Damaged Packages

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

Please include:
• Your order number
• Photos of the damaged packaging
• Photos of the damaged item(s)

We will evaluate the issue and work towards an appropriate solution.

Lost Packages

Once an order has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery responsibility partially falls with the carrier.

If your package appears lost or delayed, please contact us and we will assist where possible.
