We want you to be happy with your order from M2 Creators. Because many of our products are made-to-order, handcrafted, or custom finished, please read our return policy carefully before placing an order.
Return Window
Customers within the European Union may request a return within 30 days after receiving their order.
To be eligible for a return:
- The item must be unused and in its original condition
- The item must be returned in its original packaging
- Proof of purchase is required

Please note:
- Returns sent without prior approval will not be accepted
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect
- Original shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is caused by an error on our side
Made-to-Order & Custom Products
Many of our products are individually produced, hand-finished, or custom made specifically for each customer.
Because of this:
- Personalized or custom-made products created specifically to customer specifications are non-refundable and cannot be returned
- Hand-painted items may contain slight differences in finish and detail
- 3D printed products may show visible layer lines or small texture variations as part of the manufacturing process
These characteristics are considered normal and are not treated as defects.
Non-personalized made-to-order products may still qualify for returns under applicable consumer laws.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
Please inspect your order upon arrival.
If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery at:

- Clear photos of the issue
- Photos of the packaging if damaged during shipping
We will evaluate the issue and provide an appropriate solution.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom or personalized products
- Products made specifically to customer specifications
- Sale items
- Gift cards
Exchanges
We currently do not offer direct exchanges. If you would like a different item, please place a new order after your return has been approved.
Refunds
Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.
Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may require additional processing time.
